With the rapid development of marine aquaculture, the scale of oyster farming is growing increasingly; but people just eat the meat, leave the shell and viscera tissue to be a waste, which causes the serious environmental pollution. According to the analysis that the content of calcium of oyster shell carbonate is more than 90%, which is a valuable resource in medicine, agriculture,light industry and other fields. It can not only alleviate the environmental problems, but also produce huge economic benefits in case of the reasonable use. Cleaning is the first condition to realize the shell value. So it is an important practical significance to design an efficient and environmental cleaning equipment.Currently, chemical cleaning is the main way to clean oyster shell. Considering the low efficiency, long cycle and environment pollution of chemical cleaning, this paper proposed a technical way to clean oyster shell sludge and viscera by high pressure water jet, based on the analyzing of oyster shell's external shape, sludge and viscera. It finished the cleaning plan and the design of critical equipment, and realized the purpose of cleaning oyster shell.After analyzing comprehensively the relationship between high-pressure water jet, cleaning time and production efficiency, it is confirmed that the drum diameter is 1m, effective length is3 m, speed range is 13 ~ 25 rad/min, impact power of high pressure water jet is 6.2~11.8N. On this basis, the oyster shell cleaning ontology structure of key equipment is designed and the structural parameters of the transmission are calculated, in addition, the motor –and the highly pressure water system are calculated and selected. The variation range of the roller screen rotation speed and high pressure water force parameters, has provided the support for the cleaning equipment to achieve the best cleaning efficiency.According to the demand analysis of the control system and the performance requirements,this system adopts the embedded “PC + PLC” control structure, and builds two patterns:intelligent control and traditional control. It is quite difficult to establish a precise mathematical model for the relationship of drum sieve speed, high pressure water jet force and the mount of washing oyster shell, so the fuzzy control theory is used to achieve intelligent control of the oyster shell cleaning key equipment. MATLAB simulations are used to certify the effectiveness.Finally, the PLC electrical components are selected, and GX-Developer is used to make the control system programming, in addition, MCGS configuration software is used to obtain the real-time monitoring.The article has also carried on preliminary discussion of problem, such as the cleaning water cyclic utilization, cleaning sludge collection and utilization.The innovation point has the following three aspects:(1) the practical value: it not only solved the problem of environmental pollution, but also get the high value.(2) the technical assurance: in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to model the relationship of drum sieve speed?high pressure water jet force and the amount of washing oyster shell, the fuzzy control theory is employed to design a high-performance fuzzy controller to obtain the intelligent control,and then MATLAB simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness.
