Traditional pig industry usually was scattered and small which discharged a small amount of piggery wastewater that could be consumptived by the local environment, while the emerging pig industry became large and intensive which discharged large quantities of piggery wastewater that couldn t be consumptived. In order to solve this problem, there appeared two processing mode of natural and industrial which had produced initial results, but the problem that we faced still grim. Based on which, we carried on the preliminary exploration research that took use of immobilized Chlorella- activated sludge to deal with piggery wastewater. By the experiment research of Chlorella s domestication and cultivation,operating conditions of immobilizing algae-mud particle s optimization and immobilized algae-mud particle treatmented piggery wastewater in combination with SBR, research results that we aquired mainly included the following:?1? The experiment that optimized the ratio of composite carrier and crosslinking agent carried on orthogonal experiment which set 3 factors 4 levels. For in terms of CODcr, NH3-N and TP, it was concluded that the influence ability of various factors on the experiment was PVA> CaCl2>SA, SA > PVA > CaCl2, SA > PVA > CaCl2 and the best mass fraction ratio of composite carrier and crosslinking agent was 5.0% PVA, 0.8% SA, 4.0% CaCl2.?2? Various factors taken into consideration, the best volume ratio of Chlorella: activated sludge: carrier was 0.5:2.0:2.0.?3? The experiment that optimized the size of immobilized algae-mud particle which set 5 levels. No. 3 in the experimental group had the highest removal rate of CODcr, NH3-N, TP which reached to 51.80%, 58.06%, 89.88% respectively.So the optimization size of immobilized algae-mud particle what used No. 12 needle to preparate was about 4mm.?4? The experiment that optimized the input density of immobilized algae-mud particle which set 5 levels. No. 3 in the experimental group had the highest removal rate of CODcr,NH3-N,TP which reached to 59.07%, 63.91%, 92.77% respectively.The result showed that optimal input density of immobilized algae-mud particle was 1000 per 150 m L that could be converted into average 6.67 per milliliter.?5? 8 days later, SBR automatic control system run stablely, the SBR3 effluent s removal rate of CODcr, NH3-N, TP were respectively as high as 71.18%, 90.64%, 91.13%, 68.75%. Effluent concentration of the first three were respectively 295.08mg/L, 46.06 mg/L, 4.84 mg/L which were far lower than the average maximum emission concentration that allowed per day in Discharge standard of pollutants forlivestock and poultry breeding?GB18596-2001?; Chlorella and activated sludge grew well, immobilized particles compressibility intensity and aeration resistance strength were good; The differences of SBR1, SBR2, SBR3 s running effect showed that Chlorella was algae-bacteria protocooperatio relationship with activated sludge.
