The Legal Research Of Water Pollution Control In Rural Areas Of Our Country

Water environment pollution in rural areas of our country is the distribution of rivers, lakes, canals, irrigation channels and reservoirs and other surface water and ground water in rural areas of our country due to the intervention of a substance to change the characteristics of the chemical, physical, biological or radioactive, and, effective use of water, harm to human health or damage to the ecological environment, resulting in water quality deterioration phenomenon.Water pollution in rural areas will not only cause deterioration of water quality in rural areas, affect the safety of the water, threatening the health of the village, but also lead to food safety issues, undermine the social harmony and stability, harmful to the long-term healthy development of the economy of our country.Therefore, it is urgent to study the problem of water pollution control in rural areas of our country.This paper introduces the current situation in the United States, Japan and the European Union and other countries and international organizations on the water environment pollution, combined with China's actual situation, summarize relevant experience.At present,there are many problems of water pollution in rural areas of our country,such as legislation lags behind, law enforcement is weak, the judicial level is not high and the public participation is low.These problems hinder the management of water pollution in rural areas of our country.Therefore, on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience and analyzing the current situation in our country,this paper puts forward the solution measures in legislation, law enforcement, judicial and public participation,such as change the idea of environmental legislation, improve the rural environmental protection system applicability, sound rural environmental law enforcement agencies settings, improve the rural environmental law enforcement personnel ability, set up the court of environmental protection, strengthening the public interest litigation assistance, improving farmers' environmental rights awareness and strengthen social attention to the rural environment.Hope this paper can help the water pollution control work to improve the situation of water pollution in rural areas of our country.
