At home and abroad, Y-TZP?Stabilized tetragonal polycrystalline zirconia ceramics? is mainly used in all kinds of sensors, the third generation of the fuel cell and high temperature heater, zirconia ceramics have excellent physical and chemical properties, of which 3Y-TZP has the very good mechanical properties, has a reputation for ceramic steel.Cerium base composite oxide also has much more special applications, the cerium zirconium composite oxide which be used as the core of the ternary catalyst is the key technology of automobile exhaust purifier.Traditional solution of combustion of composite oxide prepared by the process is complex, the preparation of product performance is bad, this article uses the salt-assisted solution combustion prepared 3Y-TZP and zirconium oxide, has overcomed the disadvantages in traditional solution combustion method, can product the good preparation with the better performance.Characterization of experimental methods mainly include specific surface area analysis?phase analysis? morphology analysis and fluorescence analysis, the analysis of product performance plays a critical role.Among them, we mostly stuied salt dosage and kind of lazy type, system, fuel consumption and ignition temperature and post-processing of 3Y-TZP and Ce0.2 Zr0.8O2 performance impact.?1? 10 g 3Y-TZP system of the powder specific surface area is 292.8 m2·g-1, DXRD is 2.9 nm, DBET is 3.2 nm;4g Ce0.2 Zr0.8 O2 system of powder specific surface area is 296.9 m2·g-1, DXRD is 4.3 nm, DBET is 4.5 nm.?2? The choice of fuel has much effect on the reaction, urea were used as fuel in favor of the normal of the combustion reaction and crystalline powder.?3? The tool of ignition in the experiment is muffle furnace, the use of muffle furnace is well controlled ignition temperature. in 3Y-TZP system the best ignition temperature is 500?;in 4g Ce0.2Zr0.8O2 system the best ignition temperature is 400 ?.?4? The products of combustion can be divided into washed and no washed two cases with different calcination temperature and the hydrothermal treatment post-processing can make the product stability, control the correct way of post- processing can make the product to keep good performance.?5? CexZr1-xO2 powder product has good ultraviolet absorption performance, in UVC wavelength?200 nm to 230 nm?range will have strong absorption performance.
