Among the organic light-emitting materials,donor-?-acceptor(D-?-A)type compounds with low energy band gap and strong intramolecular charge transfer have attracted an increasing interest due to excellent photophysical properties.And another fascinating advantage of such materials is that their ? conjugation,band gap,and electro-optical properties can be effectively tuned by judicious choice of the fluorophores,donor and acceptor substituents.In this dissertation,the studies focused on the synthesis and properties of fluorescence sensors based on D-?-A type benzoselenadiazole-based conjugated polymers and 1,4-dihydropyridine-based molecules.1.Studies on synthesis and properties of D-?-A type conjugate polymer fluorescence sensors based on benzoselenadiazoleA series of D-?-A type conjugate polymer fluorescence sensor based on benzoselenadiazole unit were prepared.The photophysical properties of the target polymers were investigated and the relationship between the structure and photophysical properties were clarified.Some fluorescence sensors for the detection of Ni2+,Fe3+ and Hg2+ with high selectivity and high sensitivity were screened out,respectively.In addition,their application in molecular logic gates was investigated.These studies indicated that benzoselenadiazole unit can be used in the construction of a variety of conjugated polymer fluorescent materials.2.Studies on synthesis and properties of D-?-A type 1,4-dihydropyridinebased moleculesA series of D-?-A type 1,4-dihydropyridine-based fluorescent molecules were designed and synthesized and their photophysical properties were investigated.These compounds with highly distorted conformation showed obvious aggregation-induced fluorescence enhancement properties.The applications of the target compounds in the solid fluorescence sensing were investigated and some fluorescence sensors with high sensitivity for the detection of H+,volatile organic solvent molecules,and pressure were screened out.In addition,the application of the target compounds in cell imaging was also studied.
