| Maxillary prosthesis is a commonly used method in the treatment of maxillary defects.In view of the traditional manufacturing technology of oral prosthesis stent,leads to the structure,thickness etc.are limited,good forming ability of SLM technology for complex structure and thin wall parts,and anatomical structure data acquired by CT data in the design of the stent and the plaster model of the teeth with precise profile data are well matched and coordinated,the purpose of this study is to use digital design technology and SLM manufacturing technology to the design and manufacture of the stent,make the stent structure rational design and manufacturing accuracy improved,in order to reduce the excess weight of the stent,and the lack of fixed position accuracy and other factors lead to the problem in the stent using.The main work and study results of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of reconstruction and separation of the maxillary bone and soft tissue model in the process of CT reconstruction,proposed using stuffed cotton and other non-developing substances in the oral cavity assisted CT shooting,as well as through the use of the plaster model of tooth scanning data and CT reconstruction model and model of maxillary soft tissue,etc.to match and fusion,be able to solve the problem in the stent design that the anatomical structure of the upper jaw and the utilization accuracy of the complex surface information.(2)Combined with the characteristics of strong forming ability of SLM,through the structural analysis and design of the maxillary prosthesis,construct the oral prosthesis stent has the advantage of less weight and better precision compared with the casting stent,the main connection portion of the constructed stent wherein the thickness from the casting of 0.8mm decreased to 0.4mm,the mesh structure of the denture mesh from the casting of 0.6mm decreased to 0.3mm,and the weight was decreased by more than 30%.(3)According to the structural characteristics of oral prosthesis,and model display in the SLM printing process and support setting impact on the molded structure,to study the digital model of stent placement method and the way of adding support,result shows: by avoiding placing in the card support surface and hanging structure,can avoid the defect of the surface of the ring and scraping of the hanging structure;when the display angle is greater than 60 degrees,the effect of the stent structure is small.(4)According to the contact surface of the maxillary soft tissue,study on the post processing method of the stent SLM molded surface,and compared with the traditional stent post processing treatment time,result shows: The contact surface of the maxillary of the stent is only need to be sand blasted;the smooth surface of the stent can be sand blasting and few steps of polishing;post processing treatment time average reduced by more than 40% compared with the traditional casting stent. |
