Papermaking industry belongs to industry waste water pollution is more serious, with the rapid development of social economy, people on the environment quality requirement enhances unceasingly, the development of papermaking enterprises is looming, papermaking industry belongs to the basic materials of our social economy enterprises, Cardboard and paper consumption level is a sign of a national modernization development. Papermaking industry plays more and more important role in our daily life, but the papermaking wastewater is bigger, contains a lot of trace new organic pollutants(bacteria?endocrine disruptors). These new type of high content of organic pollutants and refractory, for risk analysis of papermaking wastewater toxicity experiments and renewable water comprehensive configuration is of great significance,in order to realize our country paper industry wastewater discharging standard.Although papermaking wastewater treatment technology is becoming more and more perfect in our country, and after treatment of papermaking wastewater emissions will still be harmful to the environment. In order to understand the papermaking wastewater will produce what kind of harm,the need for paper industry wastewater toxicity test, Mainly using biological research paper to the size of the biological toxicity of organic pollutants in wastewater. In this paper, the conventional index for paper-making wastewater treatment plant in and out of the water and the analysis of its characteristics of pollutants in Xinmi,analyzed the acute biological toxicity?embryo toxicity?endocrine disruptors toxicity?genetic toxicity and a variety of biological toxicity tests in groups, the acute biological toxicity mainly luminescent bacteria?large flea?zebrafish as test organisms,embryo toxicity in zebrafish embryos as test object, endocrine disruptors toxicity in male fish egg yolk protein(VTGs) as the test object,discussed the paper reclaimed water reuse engineering and integrated water resources allocation scheme. The main results are as follows:(1)Papermaking group of conventional index for industrial wastewater treatment plant effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen was basically stable in Xinmi, both reached its 40 mg/L and 5 mg/L emissions standards. The TOC and UV254 nm also reached discharge standard,and not meet the urban miscellaneous and chromaticity and turbidity?landscape?Industrial and green land irrigation water quality standards.(2)Through the paper group of industrial characteristics analysis of pollutants in wastewater treatment plant in Xinmi,the chlorine from the water?sulfuric acid root?fluorine and ion concentration and the total nickel and total arsenic did not reach the water quality discharge standards. After the coagulation process, paper group of industrial wastewater treatment plant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in the wastewater treatment in pulp and papermaking industry?phthalic acid esters?toluene class?phenolic and great changes have taken place a variety of organic pollutant components,a fewer kinds,but phthalic acid ester pollutants are still difficult to remove.(3)Through the double Ji river toxicity tests found in papermaking group of sewage treatment plant,processed out of the water little acute toxicity,but little effect on embryonic developmental toxicity,there is no clear genetic toxicity,on endocrine toxicity has certain removal effect,take a certain depth of processing measures to further reduce or even eliminate the ecological risk.(4)Depending on the feasibility of the approach,research on papermaking wastewater treatment plant of reclaimed water water resources allocation scheme,paper group of industrial sewage treatment plant after advanced treatment and after disinfection,reclaimed water back for double Ji river?paper mills and power plants.
