In this paper,composite proton exchange membrane PVDF/ Cs HSO4?PVDF/ Cs HSO4-Al2O3 were synthesized by hot pressing and blending methods using poly?tetrafluoroethylene??PVDF?as the organic base,and Cs HSO4 and Cs HSO4-Al2O3 asproton conductor.The performance of composite membrane was studied.Then electrodes were prepared by three methods of manual brush method,manual spray method and the precision of ultrasonic spraying method.Different electrodes' performanceswere explored.Finally,the membrane electrode assembly?MEA?was hot-pressed by defferent process parameters.The performance of the MEA was tested to discover the optimal producing parameters.Research conclusions are as follows:?1?PVDF/Cs HSO4 composite membrane prepared with two methods,Hot-pressing method and blending method,were kept Cs HSO4 crystal structure.Themajority of Cs HSO4 reacted with mesoporous Al2O3 powder in the PVDF/Cs HSO4-Al2O3 composite membrane The electrical conductivity of PVDF/Cs HSO4 composite membrane and PVDF/Cs HSO4-Al2O3 composite membrane were increasing withtemperaturebetween 100 ? and 180 ?.The electrical conductivity of PVDF/Cs HSO4 composite membrane appeared multiplication phenomenon in the144 ?.?2?The optimal parameters of ultrasonic atomizer spraying apparatusis as follows.Height is 35 mm,flow is2 ml/min and pressure is 30 psi.The Pt/C utilization rate can reach 65%,increased three times by ultrasonic spraying apparatus.The surface of electode prepared by Ultrasonic spraying apparatus reduced the reunion phenomenon of the catalyst.Ultrasonic spraying optimized the performance of Nafion proton exchange membrane fuel cell.?3?The optimal hot-pressing parameters were 145 ?,7 Mpa,120 s for thePVDF/Cs HSO4 composite membrane and PVDF/Cs HSO4-Al2O3 composite membrane.The MEA of PVDF/Cs HSO4 composite membrane and PVDF/Cs HSO4-Al2O3 composite membrane is better than the Nafion membrane in the medium temperature?100 ?-180 ??environment.The performance of MEA prepared by hot pressing was superior to the blending.The largest open circuit voltage was 0.7 V,and the highest power density was15 m W/cm 2.
