Currently,coordination chemistry has become a hot subject for scientists to concern.It has been widely used in many fields of chemistry.Such as chiral supramolecular,catalysis chemistry,pharmaceutical chemistry,environmental prevention and control and so on.These areas make mutual penetration and mutual cooperation,which lends to the rapidly development of coordination chemistry as an independent branch of science.In the process of ligand synthesis,the design and synthesis of ligand is very important.The work of this paper is carried out from the following aspects.Study on the alkynyl amine macrocycle higher order assembly of supramolecular chirality illustration.First we use 1.2-bis prop-2-ynyloxy benzene with piperazine under the catalysis of cuprous ion reaction synthesis of nitrogen atoms macrocycle.Finally,we measured the crystal structure and analysis of its structure and higher order packing diagram,then found that it uses the weak force of intermolecular hydrogen bonding to form a higher order assembly of the super chiral molecules.Study on the synthesis of large ring compounds with double ring reaction.In this part,use 1.6-bis prop-2-ynyloxy naphthalene and piperazine,with the formaldehyde solution under the catalytic of cuprous salt,then generated the compound which was based on the synthesis ofheteromacrocycle compounds building a ring.Finally,the obtained substances were measured by the properties of X-ray,1H-NMR,13C-NMR properties.Study on that thiol derivatives make addition reaction with olefin and its derivatives.In this section,we mainly use the 4-vinylpyridine and2-aminobenzenethiol,under the catalysis of Eu(NO3)3·6H2O produce the sulfide compounds,during the process of experiments,we not only selected the reaction conditions(such as catalyst,temperature,time,solvent and so on),but also its substrates were expanded.Finally,the first specie we got was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction,and all of the products were determined by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR to determine their basic structure.The main work of this paper is concentrated on the ligand synthesis.By combining different structural features of ligands,characterization and determination of its structure related properties.Eventually,hope to coordinate it with some rare earth compounds by hydrothermal method,evaporation method and hierarchical method.Now the work is still in progress.
