Laiwu Steel J65 Mn fluctuations in the quality is mainly manifested in excessive amount of inclusions, bring the rolling process defects, this paper for the inclusion of excessive were investigated, analysis, found mainly B, C class inclusion exceeded.2.for the rolling material metallographic, electron microscopy analysis, can be found in the morphology of inclusions, size, at the same time, according to the actual production situation of converter, refining, continuous casting process analysis of three processes, respectively, analysis of the causes of inclusion.3.from the Laiwu steel production situation analysis, B, C type inclusions exceed the standard the main reason exists in refining, continuous casting process, this paper focuses on refining, continuous casting process were analyzed, and the optimization of refining slag, mode of operation, while the bottom argon blowing mode, Ca precision control technology research, stability the calcium aluminum in steel ratio, improve the ability of refining slag. The adsorption of inclusions in continuous casting mainly from the full protection casting start, will likely have two oxidation parts of equipment modification, process optimization, forming a continuous casting closed without oxidation all shield casting technology, radically reducing the total oxygen content in steel thus, the stability of the inclusion level, implementation of the J65 Mn quality improvement and batch production, won the market for Laiwu narrowband.4. by adopting a series of process optimization, equipment modification measures, the success of the J65 Mn steel in the level of inclusions, forming a set of curing operation mode and key control measures.
