Anti-counterfeiting coating is achieved through technology for packaging industry,so people never stopped research on anti-counterfeiting coating technology.Coated security paper not only has anti-counterfeiting features,but also has excellent surface printability and physical strength as ordinary coated paper.In the current market,there is one kind of reversible thermochromic coated security paper,coated by coatings add a reversible thermochromic material.Therefore,overall this kind of coated security paper appears the same color.So it's not easy to print and its application range is relatively narrow.Therefore,it is necessary to invent a new security coatings added reversible thermochromic fibers.Coated paper with above-mentioned security coatings has stud distinct reversible thermochromic fibers,at the same time,this coated security paper has good printing performance just as general coated paper.Firstly,this paper made the basic physical and chemical analysis aiming at a kind of reversible thermochromic microcapsule.Then using silane coupling agent modified plant fibers(cotton pulp fiber),made this modified plant fibers reacted with reversible thermochromic microcapsule under certain conditions to prepare a reversible thermochromic plant fibers.To discussing influence of many factors on preparing reversible thermochromic plant fibers,such as reaction speed,reaction temperature,reaction time and other factors.In this way,the best reversible thermochromic plant fibers preparation process has been concluded: the reaction temperature is 25°C,reaction time 30 min,reaction speed 800r/min.Next,adding the reversible thermochromic fiber plant to coatings prepared a new security coatings and coated paper,the results show: many factors of this coated security paper had increase with the increasingly amount of reversible thermochromic fibers in coatings,such as ink absorption,roughness,opacity and tensile strength.Further,the ratio of pigment had effect on the fiber distribution density,and the distribution density of the fibers reduced with increasing the addition amount GCC.According to the porosity text results and scanning electron micrograph of the coating two conclusion had been draw: the porosity of the coating had increase with the increasingly amount of reversible thermochromic fibers in coatings,the porosity of coating containing reversible thermochromic fibers was significantly higher than the general coating's.
