High salinity organic wastewater is generated in a large number of pesticides,pharmaceuticals enterprises.This wastewater contains large amounts of inorganic salts,organic solvents and pesticides intermediates,it has a high concentration,high salt,refractory characteristics,At present,we are still lack of economic and effective processing technology for such wastewater.In this paper,wastewater sources a pesticide chemical plant in Shandong Nicosulfuron workshop is investigated and the cleaning process of the existing level is indicated.It is proposed for the enterprise cleaning technologies for MVR system: electrolysis oxidation pretreatment,advanced oxidation mother liquor recycling,concentrated by distillation extraction solvent.The main work is as follows:?1?Electrolytic Oxidation Treatment of high concentration organic wastewater salinity.For high concentration of organic companies saline wastewater,due to the aqueous solution containing high chroma cause MVR evaporator recovered sodium chloride salt purity and color variation,this paper "electrolytic oxidation pretreatment + MVR evaporation systems" Improved technology has made think very good solution and salt decolorization.The optimum experimental parameters: Ti/RuO2 electrode is an anode,the control electrode distance?d?is 1cm,the current density of 71 mA/cm2,7 hours under electrolysis conditions.This experiment can be 10,000 times chroma color removal of dark brown water quality of 98%.After rotary evaporation after filtration of the salt content of more than 94%,to meet the industry standard salt May 1,2016 implementation.?2?MVR means centrifugal mother liquor is oxidized treatment and reuseFor MVR evaporation crystallized sodium salt of color rose and liquor efflux problem,we use "MVR evaporation system + hydrogen peroxide/activated carbon oxidation mother liquor recycling" technology to achieve effective results.The optimal reaction conditions were: 30% H2O2 was added in the amount of 10 m L/L wastewater,activated carbon powder dosage of 10 g/L wastewater influent to about pH 6.5,the reaction time of 2h under the circumstances,to make COD removal rate to 46.67%.Simulated distillation of sodium chloride salt mass of more than 95%,and no liquor efflux.?3?Waste solvent of flash tank is distilled concentrated extractFor the lower flash tank solvent solution CODcr exceed 300000 mg/L,the watercontent of the solvent exceeds 80%,it is difficult directly biological treatment,the paper for the recovery of waste organic solvents and reduced water quality CODcr effect on subsequent processing using concentrated by distillation technology to extract useful solvent : in the heating concentrated than 30% thermal conditions,ensure fraction evaporated moisture content of about 20%;its distilled liquor in accordance with 1:40 into the anaerobic biological aeration tank effluent directly 48 h,the mother liquor was concentrated CODcr can not be reduced to biological the extent of animpact,so this approach can be applied to the actual production process.
