Oil pollutants had caused great harm on human health,water environment and ecological environment balance,then in need of solving the pollution problem.As a kind of unique and industrialized production polymers,due to its good controllable and plasticity ability,polyurethane has been applied in different fields.In this paper,the design and synthesis of linear and hyperbranched polyurethane materials and utility the electrospun technology,respectively to study oil-water separation film with self-healing and Functional Control.Firstly,it introduces oil/water separation membrane with self-healing.Grafted perfluoro octyl side chain substituted linear polyurethane has been prepared,the degree of substitution of the N-substituted fluorine-containing polyurethane is 59.32%.Electrospinning technique was used to prepare polymer membranes with different thickness,membranes exhibit superhydrophobic and self-cleaning properties,when the two kinds polyurethanes by different proportionally-mixed preparation into thin films with different proportion,the film can be separation of oil-water mixture and separation efficiency of the membrane is as high as above 99%.After physical and chemical damage membranes can obtain self-healing properties by fluorine chain transfer,Separation efficiency of the membrane is as high as above 98%,after 20 cycles.The other aspect of this paper is based on that the ability change of the oil/water separator film,when films suffered external stimuli.We prepared oil/water separation films own stimulate response.Hyperbranched polyurethanes and perfluoro octane modified silica nanoparticles as a kind of raw material,utility electrospinning skill had prepared oil/water separation membrane which separated water-in-oil emulsion particle size range in 40 to 70nm;after oxygen plasma treatment,membrane surface properties change to hydrophilic/hydrophobic underwater which separate oil-in-water emulsion particle size range in 30 to 60 nm.
