According to the characteristics of CO2+O2 in-situ leaching technology, a roller bottle leaching device and a column leaching device with CO2+O2 pressure was designed for the rock core samples of sandstone uranium deposit in Xinjiang provinces. We conducted three experiments by the self-designed device, obtained the following conclusions:?1?The roller leaching experiments results indicated that the uranium leaching rate could be reached 70%, when the pressure was 2.0 MPa and the ratio of liquid-solid was 10:1. Using the method of multistage leaching and afterwards adding oxidants enhanced leaching, the uranium leaching rate was higher than 90%. The test showed that the uranium ore deposit is suitable for CO2+O2in-situ leaching technology. The parameters obtained from the experiment will provide reference and guidance for CO2 + O2 Column Leaching test.?2?The column leaching experiments results showed that, after more than three months of pressure leaching, liquid-solid ratio close to 3: 1, the metal uranium leaching rate could be reached 90%. The parameters obtained from the experiment will provide reference and guidance for mine engineering design and field conditions tests.?3?A roller bottle leaching device and a column leaching device with CO2+O2 pressure was self-designed which convenient and practical, stable and reliable, meet the sandstone uranium leaching test requirements.
