This research mainly includes two aspects:(1)hydrophilic magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)which had high selectivity for sulfonamides had been synthesized,then the MMIPs were used in the detection of real samples in water.(2)Preparation and characterization of non-hydrophilic magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers which had detected sulfonamides residues of pork in organic phase and compared to MMIPs.Firstly,the hydrophilic magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)which had specific adsorption for ten sulfonamides were prepared by surface molecularly imprinting techinique,using sulfamethazine(SMZ)as template,methacrylic acid(MAA)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as mixed functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)and 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate(?-MAPS)as the mixed cross-linker and 2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator and Silica-coated Fe3O4 magnetic composite particle as supporter.To optimize the conditions of polymer,like synthesis condition,adsorption condition and elution condition.The absorbing materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)micrograph,Fourier transfer-infrared spectrometry(FT-IR),Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA).From the kinetic adsorption,the results indicated that nearly 88.2% of binding could be obtained within 5 min,and the sorption isotherm could be got within 25 min.From the equilibrium binding experiment,the results showed that the adsorbing capacity of MIP was almost 15 times as much as the NIP.Then the materials were uesed in detecting sulfonamides residues of chicken,milk and ewe's milk under optimum conditions.The results indicated that the detection limit(S/N=3)of the developed method could reach 0.57~1.50 ?g/L under the optimum condition.The recoveries of SAs from the samples ranged respectively from 65.47%~120.93%,50.27%~103%,50.20%~99.52%.Secondly,it was prepared the non-hydrophilic magnetic absorbing material that had absorbent ability for ten sulfonamides,using methacrylic acid(MAA),ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA),2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)and Silica-coated Fe3O4 magnetic composite particle as raw and processed material.To optimize the conditions of polymer,like synthesis condition,adsorption condition and elution condition.And the materials are used to compare with hydrophilic magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers.From the kinetic adsorption,the results indicated that nearly 83% of binding could be obtained within 10 min,and the sorption isotherm could be got within 30 min.From the equilibrium binding experiment,the results showed that the adsorbing capacity of MIP was almost 3 times as much as the NIP.The result of comparation with two materials showed that the non-hydrophilic magnetic absorbing material owned stronger specficity,but weaker absorbent ability than magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers.And the materials were uesed in detecting sulfonamides residues of pork,the recoveries of SAs from the samples ranged from 58.92%~98.20%?In conclusion,in this dissertation two different methods were employed to prepare the SAs magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer whereby the SAs could be enriched efficiently.It was promising for the prepared MMIPs to application in the pretreatment for the detection of SAs residue in product.Last,two kinds of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers were compared in order to find the differences between them.
