Chinese flowering crabapple fruit has unique flavor and gorgeous color,riches in a variety of nutrients,and has health care and medicinal value.But Chinese flowering crabapple fruit has acid taste if eated directly,peple can not eat too much.In order to get better development and utilization of Chinese flowering crabapple fruit resources,making it to Chinese flowering crabapple fruit wine for deep processing and research.Fermentation of Chinese flowering crabapple fruit retains its original nutrients,at the same time,extends its shelf-life.This topic is about the engineering design of Chinese flowering crabapple fruit wine which has the output of annual 600 tons.Designing with Chinese flowering crabapple fruit as the main raw material,after pretreatment,crushing,composition adjustment,fermentation,arification and aging process to make Chinese flowering crabapple fruit wine.First of all,to understand the development prospects and feasibility of building distillery;Secondly,this design for the construction of distillery site selection,general layout of the factory design,production process design and calculation of main equipment and the choice to determine,at the same time,determined material balance processing of workshop cold water consumption,electricity consumption,consumption quantity;Finally,confirming the management of production and security that determined the development of whole factory.
