Cellulose fibers is a kind of natural short fibers by chopped.It has a length of 0.1-0.5mm,and diameter is 20-25?m.It cannot be dispersed uniformly and lead to performance deficiency if directly mixed with rubber because there are much hydrogen bond on its surface. In this paper,we study the pretreatment formula and processing and fine dispersed masterbatch technology,which greatly improved the dispersion of cellulose fibers,as well as bonded area between cellulose fibers and rubber matrix.Below are some details.1. For the first time, the micron CCF granulation process was developed. With the aid of various test analysis methods and performance verification analysis, we systematically summarized the process performance and formula design parameters of cellulose staple fiber.2. Films and SEM were used to characterized PIB play an important role in improving CCF dispersion. The dispersion, fibers-rubber interface bonding, mixing rubber compounds rheology property, vulcanized rubber mechanical property and thermodynamic property of CCF masterbatch and CCF powder were characterized.3. In order to overcome the weak bonding between CCF and rubber matrix, silane coupling agent include of Si-69,KH550 and KH570 in masterbatch were added. The results showed that chemical grafting is formed between the CCF and SBR matrix, and KH550 was the optimal candidate, especially the relative interfacial slip energy increased.Remarks:The topic of this paper is from Heilongjiang Hongyu Short Fiber New Material Development Co., Ltd. cooperation needs, striving to update the company original industrialization of cellulosic staple fiber products (a year of short cellulose fiber products in the rubber products industry application of 1000 tons or more).It can not only improve the disperse speed and degree of dispersion of short cellulose fiber when mixed with rubber, but also improve the interface between short fiber and rubber adhesive strength, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the rubber product processing, to improve the processing performance and improve the quality of rubber products...
