Ethylene is an important chemical raw materials,Its production levels become a measure of a country or a region the prime symbol for the petroleum chemical industry development.Ethylene production scale,cost,production stability,product quality will have a significant impact for the petrochemical industry.Therefore ethylene plant becoming the core of oil refining chemical industry production plant.Ethylene production process under design complex,high energy cost,operating conditions change frequently,is one of the main object of advanced control technology application.At present,On the target control mainly by ethylene unit operators manual adjustment in the conventional DCS control system,It caused the device key indicators volatile,product yield and quality is not high.In order to improve the quality of dienes products production,and realize the high rate of smooth operation,implementation requires in ethylene unit process control application of the APC technology.Against this background,In view of the ethylene pyrolysis furnace control problem,this paper puts forward a kind of advanced control scheme based on pole assignment algorithm.This scheme can effectively solve the cracking raw material components and the effects of fuel gas heating value fluctuation of coil outlet temperature(COT),realize the cracking gas outlet temperature and cracking furnace finely achieved.The optimization controller can be started or stopped by one key,and resolved the complexity control problem of pyrolysis furnace.This method has been successfully applied in petrochemical ethylene unit.Application results improved the yield of ethylene,propylene,C4,and other products.
