Noble metal nanoparticles have surface plasmon resonance properties,surface plasmon resonance coupling properties,versatile surface modification and good biocompatibility,they are widely used in various bioassay applications.In this proposed article,we synthesized gold nanorods and study its optical properties and construct two new colorimetric sensors.This article has four chapters as the following:The first chapter is the introduction,we first describled the basic properties of nanoparticles,especially the unique optical properties of gold nanorods,and some common synthetic methods and the application as colorimetric sensor,and put forward the problems to be resolved and the potential application,at last,puts forward our working goal in this paper.In second chapter,we studied the colorimetric sensing system based on gold nanorods assembly,we first presented a ultra-sensitive sensing system for the assay of ChE and OPs in human blood based on enzymatic reaction modulated AuNR EE self-assembly.The proposed method not only well applied to test the ChE in serum samples,and its ultrahigh sensitivity allowed efficient dilution to avoid various nonspecific interactions and background absorption.In the third chapter,we studied we studied the colorimetric sensing system in aqueous solution based on gold nanorods assembly to detect Hg2+ through reaction between mercury and amino.This method use ascorbic acid to reduction Hg2+ to Hg0 without changing the size of the gold nanorods itself,and assembly will amplifier signal,so that to realize the ultrahigh sensitivity and good application in the detection of all kinds of water quality.The fourth chapter for the innovation of this paper,and job outlook.We first made some summary of this article,and the development direction of work is also prospected.
