A hydraulic pump in the oil pan is to use 38 Cr Mo Al A hardening heat treatment, but it is expensive, and the post-processing is poor, and therefore proposes the use of laser cladding technology in some relatively good mechanical properties, cheap base cladding composite powder material obtained excellent cladding to improve the hardness and wear resistance to achieve the requirements, thereby replace 38 Cr Mo Al A in industrial production applications, to achieve high efficiency in technology and the economy.In this paper, used the entire apparatus of the present College of laser cladding laser machining center. On 45 steel surface prepared Ni60 A + 35WC-Ni composite powder laser cladding layer and Ni60 A + 50WC-Co composite powder laser cladding layer, Olympus microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), EDS, X-ray diffraction(XRD), microhardness and wear tester and other equipment on the cladding layer of macro-morphology, microstructure, phase structure, hardness and wear resistance were tested analyzed and in-depth research. Prepared in multitrack laser cladding layer and double layer of the same material laser cladding layer, and the overlapping area overlapping microstructure were analyzed. It explained the mechanism of residual stress in the cladding layer, and explore the ways and means to eliminate residual stress and inhibition of cracks, holes and other defects.Ni60A + 35WC-Ni composite powder cladding phase mainly composed of γ-(Fe, Ni), Cr23C6, WC, W2 C, Cr4Ni15 W, Fe23(C, B) 6 and other components, Ni60 A + 50WC-Co composite powder laser cladding inner layer increases the new phase Co6W6 C and W2B5.
