Steel mills in shandong laiwu iron and steel co. LTD. Branch old old factory was built in the 1980 s, in the form of iron and steel industry,is also the problem of industrial structure and product structure adjustment,especially some special purpose steel products development, more and more strict with the content of harmful elements, converter steelmaking as an important part of the removal of harmful elements, give full play to the converter smelting characteristics of high efficiency, batch processing, the steelmaking process is put forward higher and more stringent requirements.Since this topic project, the thorough of converter steelmaking in lai steel field, make test plan, tested thousands of furnace, the accumulation of raw data record up to more than 20, ten thousand,respectively, using Factsage software analyzes the optimal dephosphorization slag composition, using fluid dynamics analysis software Gambit to optimize the design of oxygen lance nozzle, developed a new technology of dephosphorization in the enterprise--- "single slag-leave a residue of converter(LD-RSL) smelting process, the formation of seven key technology.(1) The initial rapid slagging technologyFor early rapid slagging, increase the intensity of molten pool, optimization design and arrangement of the bottom blowing gun and cooling structure, big intensity of oxygen lance blowing oxygen to shaking down the early effect and high strength of oxygen gun safe, rapid slagging.(2)The steady blowing control technologyOpen blow gun position and the study of the related parameters such as oxygen pressure control to decide.(3) The high efficient dephosphorization technologyDynamics analysis, early dephosphorization slag property control, the establishment of the charging system and slag making system.(4) Slag Fet O control technologyIn the aspect of dynamics, the Fe O reduces the viscosity of slag, increase the fluidity of slag slag viscosity directly affected when the iron slag Fe O rate of mass transfer and reaction ability.(5) The slag quantity control technology integrationMake special sampling temperature measuring platform, to prevent the carbon residue, rocking furnace method under the "fast- stop- with" control slag quantity;Slag agent development pressure, prevent loss of large front slag, the slag splashing according to actual condition to join a certain amount of final slag modification agent.(6) Furnace body maintenance technologySlag quantity decreases to ensure the effect of slag splashing, study the effect of slag composition on the lining and slag splashing parameters in optimization, including slag system, determine the critical amount of slag, etc.(7) Production schedule control technologyIn all the rhythm control all the use of the form of schedule control,commonly used large smelting model into the automatic steelmaking system.Tons of steel in the experiment, lime consumption minimum 24 kg, total of converter slag quantity of steel reached 70 kg, 10 PPM reduction P content in steel, iron and steel material consumption of steel to reduce 5 kg, create economic benefits more than 4000 yuan RMByears.
