In order to adapt to the transformation and development of the iron and steel industry, improve the enterprise economic efficiency and anti-risk ability, improving the utilization rate of iron waste cycle to reduce solid waste emissions, to improve the environment pollution, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise is of great significance.On the basis of the shares of Laiwu steel production process, solid waste generation process and conduct research on the species, researching the production of the current demand for iron making system of waste utilization technologies of Laiwu steel, effectively reducing the solid waste emissions and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. The main results are as follows:Hot metal pretreatment of cascade utilization of technology. Optimizing the process of hot metal treatment and the formula of desulfurization agent, grading a molten iron into the factory, according to the sulfur content of hot metal, in order to minimize the desulfurization grilled slag quantity, reduce the loss of iron. Via a gouache, crushing, screening, powder separation process, and then the desulfurization slag changes into slag steel, grain steel, graphite carbon, tailings and other products, slag steel and grain steel can be used as scrap to return the process of converter directly, graphite carbon can be delivered to the downstream enterprises, and the tailings as the subgrade material.Dust, mud shallow processing efficient utilization technology. By combination of wet and dry dust method, the plaster dust will contain large amounts of FeO, mechanical treatment the plaster dust by the ingredients, mixing, extrusion, after the drying process, and then it forms compact sludge with a certain strength, and it can be used as a coolant in the BOF process.Slopping short process slag recycling technology. Slopping slag contains large amounts of FeO, CaO, MgO and other substances, slopping slag can form steel slag, steel grain, tailings, and other products after crushing, magnetic separation, screening and other processes, slag steel and grain steel can be returned directly as a cooling agent for the converter process, tailings can form splash slag ball with a certain strength after grinding, mixing, extrusion, drying and other processes, and then it can be used as pressure spray or agent.
