The design of a chemical plant in Shandong HPMC wastewater treatment systems engineering.HPMC wastewater with high COD,high salinity,low BOD5 characteristics,the general approach is difficult to deal with.This project is not greater than the influent COD 6000 mg / l,COD effluent quality requirements of not more than 70 mg / l.The main content of the project design include: wastewater treatment process selection,overall layout design process,the design of ancillary structures,sewage stations,building and structural design,commissioning and laboratory analysis.Among them,the sewage treatment process selection Pretreatment-hydrolysis Acidification-Anaerobic-biological contact oxidation-biological filter method,municipal wastewater effluent quality meets the emission standards an emission requirements,the access of urban sewage pipe network.
