Influence of household garbage residue on anaerobic co-digestion of feces,household garbage and cow dung,which are the main organic waste,was investigated by adopting the method of intermittent anaerobic fermentation.The results showed that kept at temperature(35?)and13%totaL solid content,the quality of household garbage had significant effects on anaerobic co-digestion of the three kinds of materials by analyzing the anaerobic gas production of day,the cumulative gas production,pH,volatile fatty acids,chance of ammonia in the situation in digestion process.The result showed anaerobic digestion of cow dung corn stalk and household garbage can product biogas smoothly.Appropriately increasing the proportion of household garbage was helpful to raise gas yield.However,higher household garbage could lead to acidification and Less gas yield,which resulted from the concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid during the process of anaerobic co-digestion obviously increasing.Increasing content of ammonia in the fermentation broth by adding cow dung and corn stalks,which is significant to improve the fertilize value of digestive juices.Therefore,It is entirely feasible to handling household garbage mixed with cow dung and corn stalks by anaerobic digestion to product biogas.The main results achieved are in the following areas:(1)This experiment is based on corn stalks,cow dung and household garbage,and these factors is variable factors of this thesis by orthogonal.MaterialinvariantsTS:13%,inocu LumTS:76g,househo Ld garbage,manure and corn stalks are 185 g.(2)Daily gas production,total gas production,PH,VFAs,and totrogen are analyzed in this paper to determine the optimal ratio of total nitrogen of these three materials.results show that when the proportion of household garbage,corn stalks and cow dung is 0.5:1.5:1,It has the best gas production and the best totallnitrogen(3)The incubator temperature of a certain range,and a good ratio of carbon and nitrogen decide the progress of the anaerobic digestion.(4)A good ratio of household garbage,corn stalks and cow dung and a suitable C/N could contribute to biogas production by anaerobic fermentation.The C/N is 28 in this experiment.
