Hydrogenchloride is an important chemical raw material, which have important useinindustrial production.In the process of large-scale industrial production, Hydrogen chloride gas is produced by the ratio of chlorine gas and hydrogen.Hydrogen is often produced by the electrolysis of ionic membrane processes, the process requires a large amount of water, The alkaline substances in the water accumulate scab in the combustion equipment of chlorine and hydrogen, hydrogen chloride synthetic furnace burner jam,severely affected the production of normal operation.Cleaningalkali in a lamp head nodenot only labor-intensive, but also do great harm to operation personnel,At the same time, more stringent requirements of the sealing operation processleads it to be the weakness of large-scale industrial production. Reducing alkali cleaning timesof lamp head nodein a production cyclecan improve the safety in production and product quality, The benefits above is a long-term goal of hydrogenchlorideproduction in the long run.In this paper, taking 300 thousand tons of caustic soda device of Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical Co., Ltdas the research object,This paper mainly discusses the history of the development,presentsituationof thetechnology of hydrogen treatment and the principle of hydrogen including cooling, washing, compression and synthesis in the process of hydrogen treatment.In the process of hydrogen treatment,the formerhydrogen treatment system is unable to completely deal with the impurity inhydrogen,which will have some adverse effects on the subsequent hydrogenchloridesynthesprocess.In this paper,b y improve the process technology of hydrogen treatment systemincluding the optimization design of the hydrogen washing, hydrogen cooling and hydrogen buffer,to seek the method of reducing alkali in hydrogen chloridesynthesisfurnace burner junction, and the synthesis furnace burner fouling frequency.
