Material corrosion as the main failure form of refining equipment and pipelines, in recent years, more and more industrial production safety and the national government attaches importance to it. In addition to the heavy crude oil became inferior and the demand for light oil in refining industry, delayed coking technology as an important mean of light oil production, became the hot spot of research in various countries. At the same time, society speed formally into the era of "Big Data", which combines a large number of industrial production data and informatics to build the safety management system for corrosion, it also adapt to the demand of industry version4.0 with automation and information.This thesis attempts to study a set of safety management system for corrosion, which combined with actual engineering experience, according to the corrosion condition of the delayed coking unit of dushanzi petrochemical, using risk analysis, corrosion analysis, stress analysis and safety evaluation method. The aim of the system based on the pipelines and equipment data management, simulation analysis, safety assessment and life prediction, details were as follows:1) Using semi-quantitative RBI risk analysis method to manage the risk of delayed coking unit, choose the higher risk rate pipelines and equipment. In the basic of this, this paper carry out the analysis of unit corrosion, including corrosion detection technology, corrosion mechanism analysis, corrosion circuit divide, corrosion rating, significant corrosion analysis, anticorrosion suggestion, and we select the site of 97 thickness data to research the method used for calculating corrosion of pipelines and equipment.2) Combined with fractal theory for pipeline corrosion pit modeling, this paper use ANSYS to simulate the single point shape of defective pipe lines under the limit of defective size plastic allowable limit load, and use the FFS safety assessment methods to verify the result. It is also calculated the residual service life to complete the safety management system for corrosion pipelines.3) In the basic of the result of risk analysis and corrosion analysis, combined with the surface thickness analysis and related calculation standard of a typical heat exchanger and a tower, suggested inspection time and life prediction were calculated to complete the safety management system for corrosion equipment.
