In nowadays society resource consumption is huge, although China has superpower of energy, but we still have the lack of resources problem. Therefore in recent decades, China vigorously advocates the development of fuel alcohol industry. There is a very difficult situation to deal with, which is alcohol wastewater with high concentration, high water temperature, and the ss high characteristic. Recently to solve the problem of increasingly serious water pollution, national and local introduced more and more stringent environmental standards, a large amount of alcohol manufacturers facing a sewage system upgrade task.Guangxi cofco biomass energy LTD, produces 200000 tons of fuel ethanol per year, Waste water quantity of about 3200 m3/d, the average COD concentration was 38000 mg/L. The average concentration of SS is 5400 mg/L. We use the combination of IC anaerobic reactor and A/O biological treatment, after running the effluent COD about 5500 mg/L, SS for an average of 5000 mg/L. Therefore, companies are facing rigorous requirements upgrade.Anaerobic treatment in view of the present sewage treatment plant effluent COD, SS on the high side, causing subsequent aerobic treatment load increases, are mainly from three aspects of technical reform.1?In order to satisfy the needs of anaerobic treatment, now make some improvement to the existing pretreatment facilities, and add a cooling tower;2?Anaerobic treatment becomes the focus of this technical renovation, add another 3400 m3 of IC reactor processing facilities, In addition, in the process to establish a set of process, namely in the IC reactor outlet ends added two deep gas floating, and air flotation device single capacity is 200 m3/h;3?Given the depth of the existing processing system operation cost is too high, and does not guarantee the status quo of water up to standard, the scheme of aerobic process design, in order to reduce processing costs and ensure effluent discharging standard. Fenton oxidation is adopted to improve the depth.Treated emmit sewage water finally meet the national "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB8978-96) secondary standards.
