The experiment tests on the MB(A2/O) technics characteristics in the period of sludge cultivation and the period of normal status, and explains its performance advantages. The experiment tests on the MB(A2/O) technics characteristics changes of pollution indicators in the period of sludge cultivation and it's importance to the spread of the technics. After the period of sludge cultivation, the experiment tests on the influences of hydraulic retention time (HRT), gas-water ratio (I), ratio between anoxia pond and oxic pond (R), sludge retention time (SRT) and the anaerobic tank supplementary carbon ratio (C).Besides,it proves that membrane has a role to remove contaminants. On the basis of the analysis of the results study, the MB(A2/O) is turned out to be meaningful to popularize in the sewage treatment. After 70 days of Sludge cultivation, the MLSS reaches 3674mg/L,and lots of epistylis and zoogloea can be found in the microscope. And p(COD),p(NH3-N), p(TN),p(TP) and the p(SS) is raletively low, and the removal rate reaches 90.41%,78.02%,54.03%,74.48% and 99.48%.The result of study shows the best operation parameter is that hydraulic retention time(HRT) at 12h, gas-water ratio (I) at 20:1, ratio between anoxia pond and oxic(R))at 200%, sludge retention time(SRT) at 48h and using 20% volume wastewater as energy source(C). With the conditions above, the p(COD) between 21.75mg/L?25.12mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 86.58%?89.73%;p(NH3-N) between 3.92mg/L?4.26mg/L,and the removal rate reaches 78.26%?82.52%;p(TN) between 4.20mg/L?5.27mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 75.74%?83.77%;p(TP) between 0.21mg/L?0.31 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 83.81%?88.57%; p(SS) between 0.94NTU?1.79NTU, and the removal rate reaches 98.86%-99.76%.The quality of treated effluent meets the demand of the reuse of urban recycling water-water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption (GB/T 18920-2002), which shows that MB(A2/O) technics has obvious advantage on treatment and reuse of municipal wastewater. And the technics also has short investment reclaimable time and good benefit for saving water, so it has very wide market potential as well.
