Wastewater containing nitrogen discharged will cause water eutrophication.And if sulfate wastewater discharged into environment,it will be reduced to sulfide and threat to the ecological environment and human health.With the development of industry and agriculture,a great of wastewater containing either ammonium-nitrogen or sulfate and organic carbon has been diacharged into nature waterbodies.The water pollution around tile world is becoming serious.The removal of ammonium-nitrogen and sulfate has been one of the research hotspots in wastewater treatment.Removal technology for COD and ammonium-nitrogen has been more mature,how to remove sulfate effectively is a problem.Therefore,folding a treatment process which can remove carbon,nitrogen and sulphur pollutants is imminent.Antibiotics industrial wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater and this wastewater is a high chroma,biodegradable and biological toxicity.It usually contains high concentration of sulfate and ammonium-nitrogen.According to these situations this essay comes up with a combined process of sulfate reducation-denitrification-nitrification-ozone to treat the 7-amino-cephalosporanic acid(7-ACA)antibiotic production wastewater.The process was introduced to the Simultaneous removal of carbon,ammonium-nitrogen and sulfur.The reactors were started up successfiilly by means of low-load enrichment.Using carbon dioxide as the gas soxirce can remove the inhibition of anaerobic system by hydrogen sulfide.The sulfate reducation reactor can remove the COD,sulfate in the influent separately at 55%^58%,about 75%.The bio-desulfiirization anoxic reactor can remove the hydrogen sulfide in the biogas at 96%and elemental sulfu.r maximum generation rate of 70%.The nitrification reactor can remove the COD,NH3-N in the wastewater at 80%:about 60%.The desulfurization&derdtrification reactor can remove the COD,sulfate in the effluent of sulfate reducation reactor separately at 70%,about 60%.The test results prove that,according to the anaerobic sulfate reducation-anaerobic desulfurization&denitrification-aerobic nitrification process,each single bioreactor was connected.When the concentration of COD,sulfate and ammonium-nitrogen in influent water were 7880?8550mg/L,3018?3424mg/L and 92?152mg/L,the removal efficiencies of COD,sulfate and ammonixun-nitrogen were around.96%,92%and 90%,respectively.After the ozonation process,the water quality of the effluent could meet the quality regulated by The discharge standards of wa.ter pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Fermentation products category(GB21903-2008).
