POM(abbreviated POM), the molecular structure of regular non-side chain is a thermoplastic, high crystallinity polymer with excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating, known as "metal-plastic." It has an extremely wide range of applications in gears, bearings, pipes, fittings, food and medical and other industries. POM production process is divided into two categories and acetal copolymer. In China, the mainstream acetal copolymer, the production process route is divided into three steps, namely: the preparation of high concentrations of formaldehyde, synthetic trimer of formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde synthesis and molding.This paper aims to develop a high concentration of formaldehyde reactive distillation process and trioxane distillation process, distillation and formaldehyde trimer of formaldehyde reactive distillation section simulation and optimization. In this paper, based on the literature data, the main treatment process modeling, theoretical and empirical analysis through sensitivity analysis, the kinetic parameters of the existing literature to introduce the model to improve the accuracy of the model.Based on Aspen Plus8.4 large chemical process simulation software, the establishment of formaldehyde and trioxane distillation reactive distillation model, the scale of annual processing 80,000 tons of formaldehyde solution. Formaldehyde distillation models using Aspen Plus database formaldehyde- water data model,simulation results can truly reflect the formaldehyde- water system balance all types of hydrolysis. Trioxane synthesis section by reactive distillation technology, the use of immobilized ionic liquid as a catalyst, and the reaction distillation process of picking out the amount of reflux ratio, feed position, keep the amount of fluid reaction zone plate number and rectification section plates were analyzed. The application process,the formaldehyde conversion rate increased to 81.6%, 46.4% higher than the traditional process.Finally, application software written Internals Excel calculation procedures, tray downcomer weir opening rate was calculated, the results were all within reasonable limits.
