China has less oil-rich coal and abundant coal resources. The vast majority of nitrogen fertilizer, methanol chemical companies are gasified of coal as raw material to produce synthetic gas, H2, industrial and residential gas and air pollution with increased emphasis petroleum resource consumption. Coal gasification have an increasingly important role in meeting the energy needs of society, and efficient alternative to petrochemical products as well as clean coal conversion and utilization.Taking anthracite surrounding Chongqing as subjects, the main characteristics of catalytic gasification kinetics under CO2 conditions and CO2 / catalytic steam gasification gas properties, as well as composite catalyst for anthracite gasification gas component surface morphology analysis of impact and response. Depending on the gasification conditions improve gasification gas, gasification gas can improve gas component to obtain high calorific value gas and promote further research on the alkali metal catalytic gasification of coal.Non-isothermal analysis method used to study the characteristics of the sample weight loss in a CO2 atmosphere. Experimental results show that: when a lower heating rate(15K / min) and CO2 flow rate, the higher the rate of weight loss at the end of the reaction; and when the heating rate are 25 K / min and 35 K / min, CO2 flow rate of 100 ml / min, the highest rate of weight loss; there is correlation between the heating rate and the flow rate to the combined effect of pure coal pyrolysis and gasification processes, 25K/min heating rate of thermal gasification obvious. Analyzes the different heating rates and different concentrations of CO2 and the addition of the alkali metal catalyst affect pyrolysis and gasification, the catalytic effect is that K2CO3> Na2CO3> Ca O. Using kinetic model of kinetic parameters under CO2 atmosphere anthracite gasification stage of the analysis and solution of fitting in CO2 gasification reaction of alkali metal catalyst is added after the gasification stage can reduce the activation energy, and add a minimum of 6% potassium carbonate activation energy for its activation energy is 144.1531 k J mol??.On the fixed-bed gasification experimental apparatus built by ourselves, and water vapor carried anthracite CO2- Experimental Study of Catalytic steam gasification gas characteristics. Different gasification temperatures, different gasification agent flow and the impact of a single alkali metal compound and an alkali metal gasification, analyzing the efficiency of gas production, gas component, carbon conversion rate. Experimental results show that: in anthracite steam gasification products mainly combustible gas to H2, and the resulting ratio is far greater than the CO and CH4; K2CO3 coal gasification effect has a significant role in promoting, when the temperature is higher than 850 ℃ to some extent inhibited H2 generation; The addition amount of the alkali metal is too large and will have the effect of inhibiting the catalytic optimum addition level of 6%. By changes in the surface SEM observation of gasification products, experiments show: No ash particle surface of calcium carbonate, melting degree relatively light, only slightly melt the surface; with the enhancement of gasification temperature, the degree of melting ash particles from the surface of the hollow changed to pores, voids char surface becomes smaller and denser pore structure; a significant ash particles and sintering bonding phenomenon when 900 ℃; Coal gasification void composite alkali metal catalyst after the reaction becomes smaller and melt a marked.
