Coke oven gas of our country is rich, but the efficiency is too low. Coke oven gas contains large amounts of H2, CO and CH4 components which can be used to deoxidize iron ore. The procedure of syngas by coke oven gas reduction which can be used to deoxidize iron ore is important for those steel company to reform their industry frame in future.This treatise is for the research of reaction by syngas of coke oven gas and iron ore. This research is separated to two main parts. Firstly, coke oven gas together with CO2 synthesizes H2 and CO. And, research results is used for coke oven gas reforming reaction as ideal details. Secondly, the syngas will have direct reduction based on gas. This study provides a information and theoretical basis for the actual production, and has important application prospect.Thermodynamic analysis of coke oven gas carbon dioxide reforming was carried out by using HSC7.0 thermodynamic software, and studied the temperature, pressure, CH4/CO2 ratio, H2/CO ratio, and explored its trends and rules for choosing the best direct reduction parameters.The results show these information. Increasing temperature is good for improving the conversion rate of CH4 and CO2, H2 and CO selectivity. When in 100 KPa,CH4/CO2 =1 and 600~1000 ?, CH4 conversion rate was 55.33~97.78%; CO2's was 53~99.43%;H2 selectivity was 21.69~98.86%,CO's was 18.15~100%.When CH4/CO2 ratio lowering,CH4 conversion rate and CO selectivity will rise, and H2 selectivity will be smaller. Temperature and CH4/CO2 ratio are important factors to adjust H2 / CO ratio. Pressure is only a adjusting factor during reaction rather than determining final H2/CO ratio. Given all details modified environment is better when the temperature at 1000 ?, CH4 / CO2 = 1.Mixed gas direct reduction of iron ore study was realized by using KSZ-03 ore metallurgical properties of the integrated detector, and inspected the influence of different mixing gas ratio and temperature to reduction degree of iron ore. Finally analyze the results for further research to find out effect factors of reduction.Through analyzing experimental data, obtained that the H2 reduction effect is better than CO's. And, in iron ore reduction by mixed gas, higher H2/CO ratio is better and 850 ? as well. For dynamic analysis, it can be concluded that internal diffusion resistance determines the experiment results. When time exceeds 75 min, the internal diffusion resistance is 850 ?> 750 ?> 700 ?> 800 ?> 650 ?. The interfacial chemical resistance is 650 ?> 700 ?> 800 ?> 750 ?> 850 ? at 75 min.
