The ordered mesoporous materials have given rise to numerous applications because they possess with large pore volume, high surface area, and its meso structure and pore size can be controlled, it has been widely concerned, including adsorption, separation, catalysis,drug delivery and other fields. They possess many attractive properties, such as high electrical conductivity in ion conductors, enceinte frequency conversion capability in nonlinear optical crystals, and large birefringence in controlling the polarization of illuminating lasers. Consequently, it has been widely concerned, including adsorption,separation, catalysis, drug delivery and other fields.In the first chapter, it briefly introduces the research progress of mesoporous materials,mesoporous materials which are commonly prepared using sol gel method, microwave synthesis method, hydrothermal synthesis method; it also introduces the common method of immobilized enzyme have direct physical adsorption, covalent legitimate, embedding method, and enzyme in the influencing factors of immobilized on mesoporous materials.In the second chapter, the monodisperse micron sized mesoporous silica microspheres was synthesized hydrothermally using hree block copolymer F127(EO106PO70EO106) as the template and tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) as silicon source. Explore the different acidity on the synthesis of mesoporous materials morphology of the impact, by nitrogen adsorption method determination of the specific surface area and pore volume, the field emission scanning electron microscopy observation of the external morphology of micron sized mesoporous silica materials.The third chapter, with ?- amino propyl triethoxy silane was carried out on the preparation of mesoporous material surface modification, after dealing with an aldehyde group, for the first time it is used for ?- galactose glucoside enzyme immobilization, the basic properties of immobilized enzyme were determined at the same time, for example:the temperature, pH value etc,explores the mesoporous silica materials of ?- galactose glucosideenzyme immobilization effect.In lat chapter, the nanoscale mesoporous silica materials have been prepared using cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as template agent under alkaline conditions,with ethanol refluxing method to remove template agent. Then, beta galactosidase was immobilized on the synthesized nanometer mesoporous silica materials. The immobilized effect of two different sizes of mesoporous materials of beta galactosidase were compared.
