Intramolecular disulfide bond play an important function in many peptides and proteins. It can enhance the biological activity and stability of peptides and proteins. Traditionally, the linear peptide was prepared using solid peptide synthesis method, and then oxidative synthesis of intramolecular disulfide bond in peptide. In this work, we explore the method of synthesis of TentaGel resin supported platinum complexes. EDS, EA, SEM and TA are used to characterize this material. N and Pt are detected qualitatively and quantitatively. The morphologies of resin don't change when it used as a oxidant in our work. The reaction between TentaGel resin supported platinum complexes and reduce oxytocin is investigated by HPLC. In different pH, the reaction rate increase with the increasing of pH value. Moreover, TentaGel resin supported platinum complexes show a very well reusability, and the morphologies are unchanged after used for 5 times.
