High-temperature dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification is the current focus of environmental governance. Bag type dust collector can effectively remove dust and can effectively remove dust PM2.5 NH3-SCR technology is widely used in the plant denitration technology. In this paper, the catalytic active component Mn and Se oxide are deposited on the catalyst support Yi Lun(PI), aramid, basalt needle felt, made of dust denitration dual function of load needle felt discussed Yi Lun(PI), aramid, basalt resistance high temperature needle felt as a catalyst support feasibility, preliminary explored the optimum catalyst load.A variety of high temperature needle felt acid test are conducted to elect good acid and alkali resistance can be used as a catalyst carrier Yi Lun(PI), aramid, basalt fiber and glass fiber after needling process made of high temperature resistant needle felt.Hydrochloric acid pretreatment were the three needle felt glass fiber surface area increases. 7% weight loss as needle felt pretreatment evaluation to determine the best pretreatment process: hydrochloric acid concentration of 15%, the immersion time 55 min, dipping temperature 55?. Hydrochloric acid pretreatment needle felt physical and mechanical properties are not affected.A dipping method to Mn and Se oxide supported on Yi Lun, aramid, basalt under high temperature needle felt. By controlling the molar ratio of Mn and Se, solution dipping time, calcination temperature for preparing a supported catalyst loading needle felt. To make VDI Assessment load tester needle felt filter efficiency and filter resistance, fastness and load introduced the concept of load rate, and used as criteria to determine the best load process: Mn-Se molar ratio of 1:5, the immersion time 55 min calcination temperature 200 ?.Using PSM165 aperture test, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TG) to characterize load needle felt properties. The results showed that: Compared with hydrochloric acid pretreatment and high temperature needle felt carpet, needle felt average pore diameter increased load; load needle felt fiber attached to the surface activity of the catalyst component; acupuncture load orientation and degree of order no changes; load felt good thermal stability.By testing Mn-Se /Yi Lun(n), Mn-Se /aramid(n), Mn-Se /basalt(n) needle felt physical and mechanical properties and VDI tests we found that after hydrochloric acid pretreatment and load load needle felt original physical and mechanical properties of mnSe oxide slight change, and filtration performance have no infect.
