According to the present situation and development trend of the specific susceptibility measuring device, which points that it is important to measure the specific susceptibility and to study the device.Such device,according to the relative knowledge of magneto electric knowledge and the combination of domestic and foreign advanced measurement practice, is required to complete the test in the magnetic gap for 20-80 mm.The device can be produced maximum field intensity 106A/m. There is a need to ascertain magnetic potential of a coil,section size of coil, diameter of wire,number of coil and to correct the performance of the excitation device.In the design of magnetic field intensity measurement meter, it can be achieved real-time, accurate measurement of the magnetic field strength for using the hardware and software design of the Hall sensor, PGA, AD converter circuit, data storage circuit, LCD display circuit and STM32 as the core processing chip. It can transfer date with PC which can analyze and process data by serial port communication protocol and, the results are displayed intuitively on the computer interface.The computer interface system which will be applied in this design, is based on the VB.NET development environment. VB.NET is based on the object-oriented programming language on Microsoft's Framework NET, its serial communication settings are simple,only a program can achieve serial communication. The main interface of the computer is to set up the serial port configuration, test parameter setting, data acquisition, data storage.It can display the real time. The magnetic field strength, the quality of the pilot pattern and the intensity of the current can be obtained by setting the function button, and the coordinate chart can be drawn.Specific magnetization coefficient can be measured quickly and accurately by the device, which has features like working stability, high control accuracy, simple operation,effectively reducing measurement time and the costs of the device. It can provide help for the application of the relevant industry to magnetic materials in future.
