At present, due to the unloading dolly positioning technology of the bad material factory environment is difficult to find a system that its job is enough reliable, detection accurately enough, durable enough. But the Inertial Positioning Systemsystem has the advantages of simple structure, less space, energy saving and environmental protection,maintenance convenience and other advantages, in the realization of the dumper location field has an important reference and application value.Relying on the inertial navigation algorithm to improve the positioning system, the main following aspects of researching:1. Understanding the inertial navigation positioning system module and its working principle. On the basis of the completion, the design of inertial navigation and positioning system of the overall framework of unloader, has realized the position detection of unloading car. In order to reduce the drift of the system, the acceleration information is integrated, and the integrated algorithm which is proposed based on relative acceleration.2. According to the design structure of the accelerometer MMA2260 EG and combined with the actual operating conditions and equipment to complete the design of the hardware and equipment selection and the design of the various parts of the peripheral circuit, output signal circuit design, and build the hardware system.3. Completing the signal acquisition and processing, through the design of the system of theoretical algorithm, hardware components, the development of a matching software system. At the same time, the acceleration threshold and the static output value of the sensor are set up in order to optimize the positioning accuracy of the system.4. In the late stage, the test results of the system are analyzed, and the initial target of the system is analyzed. The experience and shortages of the design work of the inertial positioning system are summarized.
