Due to the excellent physical and chemical properties of MoS2, it is widely studied as a functional material. In this paper, we used the hydrothermal method and changed reaction time and temperature on the structure and morphology of MoS2, then we studied the regular pattern of it under the different sulfur source and surfactant,.In addition, by introducing the ITO substrate, MoS2 structure and morphology were studied under the conditions described above, we drawed the following results:1. We prepared the MoS2 micronmaterial in different morphologies with hydrothermal method and researched the influence of the growth temperature, time, surfactants and post-annealing to the surface morphology and structure of MoS2;2. We prepared the MoS2 micronmaterial on the substrate of ITO and studied the effects of growth time, surfactants and post-annealing on the surface morphology and structure of MoS2;3. The results show that the surfactant and post-annealing can improve the quality of crystalline material.
