Preparation Of MoS₂ Microparticle With Wet Chemical Method And Physical Properties Rese Arch

Due to the excellent physical and chemical properties of MoS₂, it is widely studied as a functional material. In this paper, we used the hydrothermal method and changed reaction time and temperature on the structure and morphology of MoS₂, then we studied the regular pattern of it under the different sulfur source and surfactant,.In addition, by introducing the ITO substrate, MoS₂ structure and morphology were studied under the conditions described above, we drawed the following results:1. We prepared the MoS₂ micronmaterial in different morphologies with hydrothermal method and researched the influence of the growth temperature, time, surfactants and post-annealing to the surface morphology and structure of MoS₂;2. We prepared the MoS₂ micronmaterial on the substrate of ITO and studied the effects of growth time, surfactants and post-annealing on the surface morphology and structure of MoS₂;3. The results show that the surfactant and post-annealing can improve the quality of crystalline material.
