Basic theory and application of the arc plasma for welding technology is one of the hot topics of current. Today, with the continuous development of manufacturing industry, the application field of welding technology is becoming more and more widely, and more and more high technology content, began to be in delay technology manufacturing, welding quality directly affects the quality of the product. The accuracy of the information of welding for the welding process parameters timely adjustment is necessary. In this paper, based on the research of the distribution of plasma welding, improve the welding process, welding quality improvement.This thesis tries to Marine spectrometer, high-speed camera as the main equipment, build can be used in the experimental system of arc plasma information collection. This experiment aimed at melting pole argon arc welding welding Q345 experimental process, low-alloy and high strength steel with a sampling of the arc plasma spectrum information and image information.This paper in view of the welding arc spectrum information collected during the process of plasma spectral calibration, the spectrum consists of Fe in metal target material, C, and other kinds of common alloy elements, in the protective gas is rich in Ar, O and other elements, and very probably the elements such as H, N.
