This paper synthesized binary carboxylic acid and ternary carboxylic acid ligands containing triazole through rigorous thinking and design scheme:4-Phenyl-3,5-di-p-carboxyl-4H-[1,2,4]triazole(L1), 4'-[3,5-Bis-(3-carboxy-phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazol-4-yl]-biphenyl-4-carbox ylic acid(L2)and had synthesized five kinds of rare earth metal complexes and a kind of transition metal complexes: [Eu(L1)3/2(H2O)2]n ?[Tb(L1)3/2(H2O)2]n ? [Nd(L1)3/2(H2O)2]n ? [Gd(L1)3/2(H2O)2]n ? [Cu(L1)H2O]n ?[Gd(L2)3/2(H2O)2]n by solvent hot method. These materials are characterized by the test of infrared and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis?thermogravimetric(TG)?optical and adsorption properties. Then we had main studied the optical and adsorption and so on physical and chemical properties, leading to obtain some coordination polymer functional materials with excellent properties. The main research content of this article includes the following aspects:1. This paper had successfully synthesized two 1,2,4-triazole carboxylic acid derivatives, and had determinated their physical and chemical properties. According to fluorescence spectrum, the two ligands emit blue light.The emission peak of the ligand L1 is located at 376 nm, and the emission peak of ligand L2 is located at 364 nm.2. Six metal-organic compounds had been synthesized suing Hydrothermal method.Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that complexes 1-4 are three-dimensional network structure, and complexes 5-6 are two-dimensional layer structure. Powder X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the six complexes have high purity. [Eu(L1)3/2(H2O)2]n complexe occurs 5D0-7F1 parity ban transition in 594 nm, and occurs electric dipole transition of 5D0-7F2 in 619 nm. [Tb(L1)3/2(H2O)2]n complexe occurs transition of 5D4-7F6 and 5D4-7F5 in 489 nm and 489 nm, respectively. TGA-DTA analysis shows that the complexes 1-5 have high thermal stability. Complexe 2 and complexe 4 begin to collapse at482 ? and 480 ?, respectively.
