In recent years, with the continuous development of industrialization, the factory will be harmful gas emissions to the atmosphere, so that the air quality has dropped sharply, people exposed to these gases will bring great harm to the body, in this case people began to study the sensitivity of gas sensitive components.In this paper, zinc oxide nanorods with different morphologies were prepared by controlling and optimizing reaction conditions. The modified doping of ZnO nanorods and the gas sensing properties of ZnO nanorods were studied.By changing the reaction conditions to prepare different morphologies of ZnO nano column, the gas sensing material can detect lower concentrations of CH3 OH, C3H7 OH, C2H5 OH gas, the sensitivity of the prepared ZnO nanorods on the toluene and benzene is almost not affected by the concentration of benzene and toluene, the concentration of the two gases is not changed.The gas sensing properties of noble metal Au doped ZnO nano materials were studied.The experimental results show that the Au particles can improve the gas sensing properties of ZnO nanoparticles and Au doped ZnO nanowires can detect the concentration of toluene gas.The morphology of ZnSnO3 samples prepared by SnO2 and ZnO reaction under certain hydrothermal conditions was eight. The sensitivity of CHOH gas was high to 60, and the response value of ZnSnO3 gas sensing material at any temperature?200-500 CHOH? was higher than that of other gases...
