In this thesis, a series of Fe-zeolites catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and post-synthesized method. They were characterized by kinds of technologies to investigate the Fe loading and activities of catalytic decomposition and reduction, such as XRD?SEM?Uv-vis and so on.The different post-synthetic methods, Fe loading and zeolite structure effectting on NOX catalytic reaction performance was emphatically discussed. After the study, the samples prepared via simple wet ion exchange has the best catalytic activity. Appropriately rising the temperature could enhance the catalytic activity of zeolite catalytic material. The highly efficient catalytic material was prepared by ultrasonic impregnation method. The catalytic activity of different iron zeolite materials have obvious difference, these Fe-zeolites followed this sequence: Fe-SSZ-13?Fe-LTA?Fe-ABW. And this sequence is not in line with the Fe loading in the zeolites, suggesting that iron loading is not the only factor determining NOX catalytic performance. Fe species formed in the zeolites may play a more important role in the activity performance.
