Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) is a new energy device with many merits such as cleanliness, environmental friendliness and non-noise. However, the commercialization level of PEMFC is low which contribution to their high price of cathode catalyst. Recently, the heteroatom-doped carbon catalysts and transition metal catalysts have been extensive researched as cathode catalyst. Here, we describe the design and synthesis a novel p-phenyl-bis(3, 4-dicyanophenyl) thioether metal polyphthalocyanine(PTMPPc) as dopant which include metal, N and S. Graphene oxide and PTMPPc were mixed and sonicated in DMF, and then annealed in Ar to obtain N-S-G-MxSy catalysts. The XRD and XPS results show the type of element and the structure of crystal; the morphology of catalysts were study by SEM and TEM; the UV and IR were used to qualitative analysis. Cyclic voltammetry and liner sweep voltammetry result show that the activity of N-S-G-Mx Sy is superior to that of N-G-MxSy.
