With the gradual advance of China's manufacturing 2025, the manufacturing sector will usher in a new round of rapid development. Machine equipment is the most important indispensable work tools of machinery manufacturing industry. It is a variety of equipment manufacturing, parts production of an important foundation and prerequisite. Development of a number of high precision, high speed, high efficiency, flexibility of CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment, to speed up the development of high-end CNC machine tool equipment, is the only way to achieve our country from manufacturing to manufacturing power.The camshaft is one of the important parts of automobile, engine, defense and other industries, high quality and high precision camshaft is ensured by the CNC camshaft grinding machine of stable accuracy, excellent performance, high efficiency. The vibration of high speed camshaft grinder in the actual machining process directly determines the quality of its processing. Therefore, on the one hand,the high speed camshaft grinder must have a very high static stiffness. On the other hand, it must have enough dynamic stiffness. In order to realize the high speed, high efficiency and high precision machining, the dynamic analysis of the whole machine and the key parts of the machine must be carried out.This paper mainly to regard the dynamic stiffness of camshaft grinder as the research object, in turn from the important parts of the machine tool dynamic stiffness test, the whole machine dynamic stiffness calculation, the whole dynamic stiffness verification of the three levels of CNC8325 B camshaft grinder for the analysis of the dynamic stiffness.The paper firstly research on dynamic characteristics of machine tool for the basic content, concept and significance, elaborated the principle of machine tool dynamic test, and an overview of the dynamic stiffness of the contents, dynamic stiffness calculation formula is put forward. Based on the research of CNC8325 B super high speed camshaft grinding machine, the dynamic stiffness of the components and the whole machine is studied. The analysis of the frequency response function method respectively, the machine tool bed, grinding wheel spindle and the workpiece spindle, workpiece guide rails, grinding wheel rack, grindingwheel rack pad, headstock, tailstock nine parts dynamic stiffness test and obtain dynamic stiffness profiles of each component.Natural frequency and damping ratio,analysis of the impact of the machine dynamic stiffness of the weak parts and the weak points of the weak points of the resonance frequency and machine tool critical speed. On the basis of this, the dynamic stiffness of the three directions of the whole machine is obtained.Papers on the CNC8325 B super high speed camshaft grinder machine dynamic stiffness are verified, camshaft grinder dynamic stiffness of the final reaction in directly affects the machining quality of the workpiece spindle, The force and axial displacement of workpiece spindle in the process of grinding is measured, the dynamic stiffness of machine tools in the practical production process is calculated,the whole machine tool dynamic stiffness of hammering method was verified by the whole machine tool dynamic stiffness measured in the actual machining process.Two kinds of dynamic stiffness test method for the dynamic stiffness of the machine tool are feasible. It provides a new idea for the dynamic stiffness test, and provides a practical guide for the design of the product.
