Coalbed methane is a flammable gas cling on coal seam and be widely used for its characters of higher thermal value and lower pollution. However,considering to intricate production technique and contaminant during production,it is important to research more reasonable exploitation technology. Cleaner production, which seen as a strategy thought, aim to reduce the influential on environment and production by controlling resources and technology that meet the demand of state energy policies. But some related research are blank in our country about CBM drilling.Based on the former research on clean production from aboard and inboard,this article would take CBM as research targets and build a evaluation system.And main contents as followed:1. Study on statue of CBM drilling and technology in the world, meanwhile some impaction on atmosphere, water, soil and zoology from CBM drilling. The key point of research are drilling technology, equipment selected, energy consumption, material consumption, construction control, water saving and pollutant discharge etc.2. This article chose two aspects from CBM drilling to analysis:construction period and operational period. Four primary protein structure index and 20 secondary protein structure is fixed, all those including: index for production technology character, index for production efficiency and CBMdrainage, index for resources and energy, index for water consumption and fuel,index for electric power and land input, index for pollution controller etc, index for resources compound utilized, index for drilling fluid recycle. 2 primary criticized index and 18 secondary indexes contains: index for production technology character, index for precautionary measure on accident, index for management on safety and environment, index for occupational injury, index for hygienic standard, index for pollutant standard and CBM detector.3. The article contrast many advanced company in our country which own advanced technology in CBM premise of meeting law standards. YAAHP is being used to calculate the weights of primary pertain and secondary pertain by AHP to determine reference value. Some index can't be calculated easily and be resulted by qualitative firstly. Based on related index value, computation should accordance with range of value based on weight and confirm clean production standard finally. The clean production being divided into four levels:first present advanced level in the world, second present advanced in our country,third present basic level in our country, forth present unreached basic level. Then a CBM company in Shanxi Province used as example to inspect the applicability for the clean production system and offered some advices.
