The catalytic cracking unit is one of the most important oil refining enterprises secondary processing units, flue gas turbine is the most core of the equipment, and it is a very important energy-saving facility. Operating conditions and cycle run length of the equipment are of great significance in order to ensure the device running at full capacity,extend the plant operating cycle and reduce the energy consumption.For the failure problems of two flue gas turbine in device, through online monitoring and offline sample testing methods, testing smoke concentration and particle size, analysis composition of catalyst scale samples and salt content of steam in this dissertation.Combined scaling conditions of flue gas turbine, we carried out a detailed analysis and demonstration based on the cyclone efficiency, three spin-scaling, catalyst fine particle, the metal content of catalyst powder, inlet temperature of flue gas turbine, and so on. By analyzing and reasoning, we has taken many effective measures: Controlling and stabilizing the amount of wheel cooling steam of flue gas turbine, developing plans for prevent loss of catalyst, using the two critical velocity nozzle of three spin, change DN150 warm line position of flue gas turbine inlet front valve, adjusting the operating parameters of the regenerator and increasing three spin inlet temperature, stabilizing inlet air flow of flue gas turbine and the bed temperature, adjusting the catalyst production formula and improving the raw material feed, increasing the proportion of wax oil and reducing the sulfur content in raw materials, monitoring salt content, heavy metal content in raw materials, controlling heavy metal content of balance catalytic. Based on those effective measures the flue gas turbine fouling problems can be reduced.In order to ensure long and safety operation of the flue gas turbine cycle and adopt the advanced experience of the industry, the reactor and regenerator is studied based on the actual situation of the company. The optimizing operation of flue gas turbines, fans,three-spin and spin four other systems is investigated. The optimizing operation of the catalyst, the nature of the feedstock operation optimization and strengthen technical training are adjusted. Experimental results show that the optimization can significantly improve theoperation of flue gas turbine cycle long running efficiently, reduce the energy consumption and increase energy recycling.In addition, the contents of the extension for petroleum refining catalytic cracking unit flue gas turbine operating cycle, saving energy studied in this dissertation have a preferable reference value.
