Twenty four compounds were isolated and purified from the Streptomyces aureus No.EU841581 and beehive by using various chromatographic methods. Structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. The all twenty four compounds were known compounds.The secondary metalbolites of Streptomyces are an important source of natural antibiotics, many kinds of antibiotics have been widely used in clinical practice. Streptomyces aureus No.EU841581 as a strain of actinomycet was isolated from the surface(3-15 cm) of Phoenix Mountain, Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province. Twelve compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts of the streptomyces.
