The principle and application of atomic emission spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy are analyzed and summarized in this article. Hydride technology research more mature in the atomic fluorescence spectrometry, sulfur and sulfur derivatives research in the field of atomic absorption is more mature, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry with multiple elements, the characteristics of multispectral detection at the same time, is one of the ideal approach for the analysis of elementsIn this study, the high pure argon was adopted as carrier gas, Using the micro ICP excitation sources(frequency of 13.56 MHz) that based the technology of the PCB gold-plated and micro fiber spectrometer to built the experimental platform and firstly use the experimental platform to excite the hydrogenation of arsenic, mercury vapor and sulfur gases. After several experiments and finally get stable plasma source, detecting 7 lines of the hydrogen spectral line, 2 lines of the elemental mercury spectrum line, 4 lines of the arsenic element spectral line. Experimental results show that the micro source has the ability to excite the arsenic hydride, gaseous mercury and sulfur stimulated, and can make qualitative analysis of these gases.Based on the experimental data, analyze the influence of different working pressure, RF power, planar spiral coil structure parameters to the concentration of the sample gas excitation effect. The experiment and analysis arrival at a conclusion: The gas sample spectrum line intensity is more obvious when the RF power between 5 to 25 W, pressure between 40 to 120 Pa. The plasma spectral intensity of the sample gas is enhanced with the increase of the power in the range of RF power from 5 to 25 W. when the hydrochloric acid concentration between in 10% ~ 15%, When the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is 5% ~ 10%, the excitation source is better for the formation of arsenic and mercury in the hydrogenation reaction. When turn number is 3 turns, 10 mm in diameter, winding space for 250 m and the width of the turn for 400 m.
