Research On The Quality Management Of A Auxiliary Hoist Machine Project

Mine hoist is the important equipment which connects with the ground and underground. It is often referred as the throat of the mine. It is responsible for the transportation of mineral, material and personnel. With the development of coal mining in our country, the change of the coal bed to the deep underground, the mine hoist is also increasing prominent. Mine hoist project is an important part of the mine construction project. It is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the mining. The quality level of production safety, production efficiency, technical level and the degree of modernization of the mine has an important influence. Therefore,the construction unit should be given to improve the quality management of the project in the construction projects. However, there are still some problems in the current project quality management: 1. The project quality and project schedule,project cost balance between the three problems, heavy schedule, heavy cost and light quality; 2. Participate in the specific construction of low quality, the construction of the "empiricism" dominant position; 3. In the construction enterprises, a part of the managers didn't understand the relevant standards and regulations thoroughly.In order to ensure the normal operation of the mine, this paper makes a deep research on the improvement of the quality of the project. First of all, the paper systematically introduced the quality management theory and the related concept; the paper introduced the content of the mine hoist project quality management principle;the paper introduced the PDCA circulation quality management method. Then PDCA circulation method is applied to a shaft lifting machine project quality management,and a detailed analysis of the quality problems appeared in a mine auxiliary hoist project, put forward the corresponding countermeasure to different problems.
