| In this thesis, the water-soluble AgInS2 quantum dots/ Low molecular weight chitosan nanocomposites(AgInS2/LCSMS) were successfully synthesized. Natural polysaccharide in alkaline polysaccharide-- Chitosan was used as stabilizers and capped agent.By the cytotoxicity of chitosan nanoparticles(AgIn S2/LCSMS) and cell imaging detection, it was found that the chitosan nanoparticles were successfully entered into the cell,and the cells were labeled with fluorescence, and no serious damage to the cells was found.And the cellular activity of chitosan nanoparticles has been significantly improved than that of AgIn S2 QDs, which shows that the biocompatibility of nano materials can be significantly improved by chitosan nanoparticles. Therefore, this kind of AgIn S2/LCSMS fluorescent nanocomposites with good water solubility and biological compatibility show significant value for potential applications in biomedicine test, biolabel, cell and in vivo imaging studies.Through the study on the antibacterial activity of chitosan nanoparticles, it is concluded that the chitosan nanoparticles can still have antibacterial activity, and the fluorescent labeling of the Escherichia coli is successful. |
